Summary: As far as solid training and casual racing shoes go there are really nice. Not low profile and light enough to be a racing flat but for everyday miles and casual runs it use this all year round on the roads. Sole feels firm which means fast. Comfy toe box, lots of room for pronation. 

The good: Stylish with a solid sole. Wide toe box which means lots and lots of miles. Nice foam base which makes it comfortable. 

The bad: Not too much to report I'm afraid. I really like this shoe…. for the road and training. 

The ugly: Classic NB style. Love the colour and simple style. Looks great.
